- The Cancellations will be liable only when the request for cancellation is made within 12 hours of placementof order. However, any cancellation request will not be considered if the orders are placed by communicating through the vendors /merchants/execution team and the process of shipping/working has been initiated.
- On the day of delivery, there will No cancellation entertained.
- Any products/Services that are obtained on Special occasions/events/offers like the end of Month sales or promotional events, placed with the company representative will not Be Entertained for Cancellations.
- The paid amount of Money will not be returned once paid in any case even for the cancellations made within the specified 12 hours. However, the money will be adjusted for any future order within 90 days.
- Due to any deficiency from the third party like hosting, server, images, content writing etc., leading to delaying of the services, GPC InfoTech is will not takeresponsibility for the delay. For all the efforts made by GPC InfoTech while coordinating or liaising has to be paid as per the standard rate of the company based on hours of work or amount of progress.
- If you feel that the product or services received doesn’t match as shown or described on the website or as per the expectations, one must bring it in notice to our customer service executive within the first 24 hours of receiving the service or product. Our Servicing Team will look after the complaint and will take the most appropriate action/decision.
- While buying our products/services, in focus with the nature of business, GPC InfoTech does not support any kind of money back policy. If there is any issue regarding the service and you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase, for any reason, you must have to bring it in the notice of our customer service executive within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will look after the complaint and will take appropriate action/decision.
